Phnom Penh: Capital City: Department in charge of film of Ministry of Culture and Art decided to select Khmer film known as “Disappear” to show off at the International Film Exhibition program as show of Film Industry from September 08 to 24, 2010. The film was elected as one of the most popular movies in Cambodia by viewers.

According to Prokas of Department in charge of movie, “Disappear” is a thrilled and horrible story that is about a beautiful host lady being in a dangerous circumstance after her both close friends have been mysteriously disappeared. Additionally, it is reflecting the recent lives of young adults and adults who are independently living on themselves.

“Disappear” have been, too, shown in Phnom Penh theatres as well others in provinces such as Siem Reap and Battambong Province early October 2010. This movie had attracted a lot of audiences during its show. Mekong Entertainment is the leading Independent Movie Production, which produces many qualified films in Cambodia and this firm is expert in inventing show program on TV as well.

According to Mr. Shen Chansaya executor of Film Department said that this is a rarely cultural occasion for Cambodia to prove its capability to Southeast Asean event. “Disappear” is the achievement of Khmer citizens.
