Phnom Penh, Cambodia – on Sunday 08, 2010, Prime Minister Hun Sen sent letter to Mr. Vitaly Churkin as a United Nation’s Security Council President and also forwarded to Mr. Ali Abdussalam Treki as a United Nation’s General Assembly President to give information regard Thailand wouldn’t solve the border dispute by man to man but instead they would use their military and power to solve this problem.

On Monday 09, 2010, after hearing this unacceptable reason that  Thai Prime Minister Abhisit stated that they would use their power and military to solve the border issue, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen decided to make a phone call to inform the U.N for an international talk between Thailand and Cambodia to solve this border dispute as fast as he could.

Prime Minister Hun Sen added the only way to solve this Preah Vihear temple dispute is started an international talk because Thailand missed 3 times meeting with Cambodia that been having at Foreign Affair Minister.

Preah Vihear temple was awarded to Cambodia by International Court of Justice since June 15, 1962.
