He hopes to lead this squad reaching Semi Final Stage in the U16 ASEAN Football Championship host by Laos starting from July 07 to 20 2011.

Mr. Yoshioka works closely with Cambodia Football Federation and come to train and manage Cambodia Youth team for over half year said “He sees the great technique progress of U16 Cambodia football team after came back from training in Vietnam.” He used to observe the playing technique and style of other players in Malaysia, Indonesia and other country, they performs similar level to our team on technique and power. He sees some weak points of Cambodia youth team include low confident and disciplinary.

After he is in charge on this team, he see more improvement such as disciplinary and technique. Ahead of Vietnamese training and testing matches, some players come late and some is early which waste training time. But he tried to teach more discipline and technique, he saw more improvement. Especially come back from Vietnam he saw they try harder even we have poor result in the friendly matches against local Vietnamese teams.
