Finally the head of Thai royal government refused to take part in compromise about the Cambodia-Thailand border that made from the international. Thai did not want international to interfere this problem while the head of Cambodian royal government suggested the third party for intervention. According to Thai report from Bangkok stated “Thai government confirmed that the border dispute among Cambodian and Thai are bipartisan. Hence, third party should not be allowed to involve”.

“The ministry of foreign affairs will send the letter to head of Asian, Vietnam, for explaining about the enough solutions between Thai and Cambodia to deal with the dispute in peaceful method without violation”, said by Thany Thong Pady, The sub-messenger of ministry of Thai foreign affairs. Thany added “the letter which we are going to send is the same meaning to other letter of Apphisit which was sent recently to United Nation. The meaning in the letter talks about both parties will not use violation to find solution beside nonviolent methods”.

The denial to join discussion as multi-party from Thai royal government was happening while all Asian members have been discussing actively to be the intervention during the dispute.

Meanwhile, Samdach Akeak Sena Padei Dechor Hun Sen and all the leaders in Cambodia stated the bipartisan system would not be able to finish the argument unless Thai followed the three ratifications of the multi border committee since the last two years.

However, refer to political analysis who follows the Thai-Cambodia situation said “when will Thai finish his ambitious to invade Cambodia’s territory? If Thai does not want argument to go further, he has to let the 3rd party for intervention, but Thai rejected. Hence, the reason to make Thai did not allow other international to interfere because Thai is abusing international law for assaulting Cambodia territory”.
